CSS stands for Civil Superior Services,it is the Highest Competitive exam held in Pakistan. The test for CSS is taken under the supervision and flag of Federal Public Service Commission(FPSC) which is an institute to test the skills of the aspirants not only for CSS but it(FPSC) also takes tests for various posts as per suggestion or requirement of any Federal Institute.
After the successful selection of the candidates, they will be inducted in BPS-17. These selected officers then sent to various departments and known as civil bureaucracy.Bereacracy is considered as back bone of the Government Machinery.
When Does CSS Held?
Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) announce the date of CSS through advertisement in all National News papers and by its website(www.fpsc.gov.pk) aslo.Most commonly the advertisement comes in the month of December.
What kind of tests will be taken for CSS?
For all the aspirants it is necessary to not only pass but pass with distinction in all the following four types of exams.
- Written Test
- Psychological Test
- Medical Test
- Interview/Viva Voice
Age of the candidates will be 21-30 years.
